Hi cousin,
Don't have all of the line you're looking for (I break off after the first Ignace), but this should give you a running start:
Gen 1
Urbain, b 1624 Château-en-Anjou, Touraine, Angers, France; m 28 Sep 1648 Nôtre-Dame-de-Québec, Québec, Canada; d 1689 Poínte-aux-Tremblés, Québec, Canada[A significant part of this forum will fill you in on him.]
Marie Archambault [daughter of Jacques Archambault/Françoise Toureau], b24 Feb 1626 Dompierre-sur-Mer, La Rochelle, Aunis, France; d17 Jul 1729 Pointe-aux-Trembles, Île-de-Montréal, Québec, Canada
Gen 2
Ignace Tessier dit Lavigne/dit Avignonb 11 Mar 1677 Montréal, Québec, Canada; m23 May 1703 Répentigny, L'Assomption, Québec, Canada;d 3 Mar 1747 Répentigny, L'Assomption, Québec, Canada
Marguerite Lussier (daughter of Jacques Lucier/Catherine Clérice) b 3 Sep 1683 Pointe-aux-Trembles, Île-de-Montréal, Québec, Canada; d 7 May 1748 Répentigny, L'Assomption, Québec, Canada
Gen 3
Ignace Tessier b 27 Sep 1706 Château-Richer, Québec, Canada; m 7 Jan 1732 St-Michel, Yamaska, Québec, Canada; d 18 Jan 1764 Berthier, Québec, Canada
Charlotte Geneviève Catherine Forcier [daughter of Jacques Forcier/Jeanne Harel] b 19 Nov 1717 St-François-du-Lac, Yamaska, Québec, Canada; d after 1765 Berthier, Québec, Canada
Gen 4
Agathe Barbe Tessier *This is where I trail off.I only have her marriage on 5 Mar 1764 at Berthier-en-Haut, Berthier, Québec, Canada to François Midelet. But I got curious, so I went to PRDH online and ran both this marriage and the one that you listed.I think they are the same François'...PRDH lists him as François Noel Midelet.Further, it lists his surname as Noel Midelet, so I'm inclined to believe that Thisdel is the dit name and Noel the family name. There was no second marriage on record for Agathe.
Then I got even more curious and changed your Therese Tisdel-Noel to Therese Noel Midelet and found here marriage on 20 Sep 1782 at Ste-Anne, Yamachiche, St-Maurice, Québec, Canada to Claude Ferron...so I am pretty sure that the Tisdel is a dit name that was occasionally used, but that the Church used Midelet.
If you're interested in filling in the rest of the gaps, I'd suggest you invest the $17.95 in the PRDH online subscription, as they appear to have all the missing details you're looking for and will fill in the rest of the gaps.If you're interested, go to: http://www.genealogie.umontreal.ca/en/public/RechBioIndividu.asphttp://www.genealogie.umontreal.ca/en/public/RechBioIndividu.asp
Hope it helps, and once you fill in the details, feel free to share them here on Genforum for any other cousins who are searching...
Happy hunting!
