Hi Sara, Good to hear from you. I get to the point where I think I will never solve this mystery of Frank and then out of the blue you write. Unfortunately, I do not have any names of the eight children born to Frank and Mary. I sure wish I could find somehting on the Foey name. It does sound like a real possibility because of the dates. Would appreciate receiving anything you might dig up. Joanne
