Hi Jan, I can give you some of the names that are on the paper work I have from the Michigan branch of the lawsuit from 1930. A.H. Tanner (Montreal Attorney)he is interviewed in an artical on Dec 8, 1930 in the Montreal daily star. I do not have the artical and have not yet tried looking for it.
Elmer L. Skinner signed all the papers Vice Pres. and Genealogist. MI
Legal Fees were payed to a
Paul J. Wieselburg
John J. Hagerty, Clawson,MI was the Auditor.

I will go back in the personal letter and see if there are any other attorney names listed, all I remember reading was just a generalization to "Montreal".
William A. Lavigne @1500 Cadillac Square Bldg.Detriot, Is the one who it looks like was supposed to be incharge of the money for the genealogy charts that were being prepared in Montreal some $2,000-3,000 worth. From the letters it looks like he did not have the money and no one was getting their charts. The police were called into investigate and a couple of men from "Montreal" were also coming in to investigate.
This seems to the last letters we have.
This was a project that I was going to start after the first of the year, I figure someone must have all the paper work and Corporate filings involved. We have all the papers in a Bank, in January I will go and recopy and make sure I have all the papers and would be glad to share it with you. Today I'll dig out the papers with the families I have info on and post it tommorrow or maybe later tonight,I wish I could post some of the letters but there are just to many. But I can post the names and anyone interested I can give the family infomation to. I hope this helps and If I did not make may self clear let me know. Bye for now from Troy,MI. Diane McKenzie Hundich (Duchene-Tessier dit LaVigne Family)
