Tessier dit LAVINGE land claim

Hi Everyone;
I have a few questions and comments.
*) When the lawsuit was initially filed in 1930, was it filed in Quebec?

*) Was the lawsuit filed under: Tessier v Order of St-Sulpice or was another name used?

*) Does anyone have dates and file numbers for any legal papers in your possesion?

*) The Montreal Star newspaper folded sometime in the 1970's - or there about. The Montreal Gazette may know where the Montreal Star archives are held, in order to track down the Dec 8 1930 article.

*) Does anyone have an indepth chart of Urbain Tessier dit Lavinge decendents? I am still trying to track down the Tessier dit Laplante connection to this story - if there is one.

*) I have contacted the World Court to ask about the Tessier v Order of St-Sulpice lawsuit, but they had no record of it. I had indicated to them that the case occured sometime in the 1940's, but it would appear that it happened in the 1930's. Anyway, their response to my enquiry was:

Dear Mr. Laplante,

I'm sorry, but this case was not heard by the International Court of
Justice (the "World Court") or its predecessor, the Permanent International
Court of Justice.

Comments anyone?
