Hi Reg;
I would be interested in learning the maiden names of your grandmothers back to Urbain Tessier dit Lavigne. I'm looking for evidence that my (Laplante) line married into the Tessier dit Lavigne family, or if, my grandfather (Tessier dit Laplante)was scammed into believing the Laplante's were involved in the Lavigne land claim. I'm looking for any of the names: Tessier, Laplante, Plante. Thanks. Bye the way, your information and Jan's information on this subject is most interesting.
