Dear Fred, Where abouts is Fort Covington?
I have searched the microfilm for the Catholic Churches in Clinton Co. from about 1836 to the early 1900's and found but one Tessier, a Pierre, and that was in the 1880's/ Like Joanne I think that I may have a connection to this same man or perhaps and offspring. My Michael Casey/Tasey/Tessier was born in 1840 according to some records 1838 according to others. Any clues would be most helpful. But if you can tell me the county that Fort Covington can be found in I can check the census records. Thanks so much.

Sara Burkholder
