Lawsuit over Place D'armes

I am also a descendant of Urbain Tessier dit Lavigne, my grandmother was Jeanne Tessier, anyway my question is that it seems that there have been so many stories past on from generation to generation on ownership of land in Montreal. I mean there are quite a bit of Tessier's and other descendants out there so what would be the point? I was told when i was a kid that the land treaty was buried in the foundation of a bank in Montreal and once it was found all descendants would recieve our land back. can someone email on the reality of this and is there another case that will go to trial?
