Don't remember checking the Tessier forum before if I did I don't remember all the messages. With all the Urbains I wonder why there is no forum for Archhambult.
I thank GerryNY (Msg 565) for the link to the bio. I go from Louis who m. Pierre Payet; Marguerite Boyer m. Jean Roy dit Lepense --skip to Pierre Roy in St.Geneieve, Mo. who went with the militia to Ft.St. Louis in 1780 thereby making me eligible for the Sons of The American Revolution.
I served in the militia (National Guard)fo 35 years.
Mary Ann I hope you forgive me for using you messge (without giving you any new information) to jump into the Tessier forum. I guess we are all cousins some # of times removed.
Harry in Louisiana
