Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Sorry, No Relationship.

My Grandfather was John (Juho) Korpi who came to the US with his parents from Finland at the age of seven in 1904. All my Korpi ancestors came to the Upper Penninsula of Michigan. The Name "Korpi" in Finnish means "way out in the woods". Thus, most of the Korpi's that I know are not relations.
