Sara, you can add another addition to that line as well..Tessier dit Santure (Santour) Two generations after Urbain begins my direct decent. I also have information on previous generations of Urbain, unfortunately I am work and dont have my papers! I have been searching for two years on my family, and in the last 6 months have found many family members, what/where my dit name is from (which is my maiden name)etc...
However, I know nothing at all about these people or stories etc....what ship they sailed etc...
My Tessier's moved to Monroe (Michigan) about oh, 1830 ish? Then it was all still Quebec...I have census of them in Montreal in the 1600's....anyway, they moved down to Monroe to a place named St. Antoine. It is on the River Raisin. St. Antoine is gone now, the church etc...however, I am just finding everyone who came from there, as well as backwards, and you are my first one backwards....I would love to know more and I will send my list....
Paulette
