I found some papers for an Alfred R (Richard) Tessier in an old desk in Phoenix Arizona. He was a member of the 925th Field Artillery Battilion (100th Infantry Division) in World War II. I would like to get these papers into the hands of his family. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
