Hi! Sara..Just the facts Mam and nothing but the facts.Your family were probably not
"black hearts".The word Tessier,pronounced by a French spaking person is "heard" as TACEY by an English speaking person,So in most cases the wrong spelling was used by officialdom-keep the faith
