I am researching my Lavigne line and I think that my grandfather Joseph Lavigne (born 1775) was the son of Jean-Baptiste Tessier Lavigne and his wife Marie-Amable Custeau. Joseph did not list his parents on his marriage certificate and I can't trace back further without more information. Does anyone have any information on Lavigne /Tessier names that could help me?
This is my LAVIGNE line so far. The first names are my parents.
