Do you have any idea who the Francis TISON is who married 29 June 1841 Archange Dubreuil in St. Louis, MO? St. Louis Deeds, Book 2, p. 324? He is probably also known as François Tison/Tesson.

Also, Collet, in his index, states that the St. Louis TISON family was different than the TESSON family in St. Ferdinand de Florissant. Do you have any thoughts on this? I assumed TISON and TESSON were the same, only spelled differently (but still prounounced the same in English).

Any comments welcomed.
