George Teter (Jr.?) had a will filed in Pendleton Co. WV in 1798. Witnesses were Moses and Isaac Hinkle and Thomas Holder (Jr. or Sr.?) Elizabeth Holder, d/o Thomas Holder and sister to Thomas Holder (jr.) married George's son, Jacob, and died by 1809 in Randolph/Barbour Co. WV.

Cannot find any reference to Holder in early Pendleton records. Is there another connection to the Teter family, possibly another marriage, i.e., Thomas Holder Jr.? Or to a Hinkle family? Can't figure out why Thomas Holder was a witness to George Teter's will, particularly since the Holders had moved to Monongalia/Harrison/Randolph Co. by 1784. Would appreciate any information!! Thank you.
