Hi Susan Finley,
Just when I thought you were "lost" I saw your post of July 10, 2003 for the parents of Arza Teter, father of Lucky Teter. Well, you are doing better than I am to have found out the father's name, and, mother. By the way, is this the correct spelling? Or, is it Azra Teter?
Can you provide me with information about Lucky himself? I am wondering if he is a relative of mine. See my response to your post May 24, 2002 last year, and sent to your old e-mail address, came back and, now, sent to your current e-mail address hopefully. From the July 10, 2003 post I see that you have determined Lucky's first name, Earl. And, his parents are Arza and Ida (Mosbaugh) Teter. Great going!
I also see your post from July 16, 2003 at 18:06:02

"I am looking for Ira McClay's father. I have 1880 Census that Ira was 4 years old and living in Indiana with his grandmother (widow) Sarah King and mother Malala McClay (divorced ). He had 3 sisters Lyda E. age 10, Mary A. age 9 and Sarah E. age 7. They were all living on a farm in Marion township Boone County Indiana on the son, Benjamin King's farm.
Any help would be appreciated. I'm running up against a brick wall."

I am wondering if this relates at all to your inquiries about Earl "Lucky" Teter? Yes, or no?

Now I want to refer you to my uncle and my cousin. They are L D Lawrence and his son, respectively. L D married my father's sister, and is the man to whom I refer in my original e-mail. L D and/or his son may be able to help you. Contact them at the e-mail addresses I sent directly to you, if they do not contact you first.

Uncle and cousin, I hope I have not gone astray to refer Susan to you.

L D Lawrence is a member of this site. I have seen his postings.

As I said, this is a fascinating subject. I hope everyone will copy me on any e-mail. And, I am particularly interested in Earl "Lucky" Teter. Susan, are you a descendant? Regardless, I wish you well in your search.

Possibly a relative,
Evan Teter
