Cora Teter

Anyone out there have a missing uncle or brother named Charles? My grandfather (Charles A. TETER) was adopted from an Iowa Children's home where he was placed by his step mother after his father's death. His real name was TETER to which he added and "s". I found a photo of a very pretty young lady with the name Cora written on the back in his treasured belongings. She may have been a sister or his Mother. He also may have had a brother by the name of Raymond. Any of these names show up anywhere? As you may have noticed, I used the words "may have" a lot. I actually have very little to no information on his family. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your time. Char
