Isaac Teeter of 1783 Washington MD is locted in the same Dist of Jacob Teter of 1790 & 1800 "Conococheague" Washington MD who had 2 sons b. 1774-1790 in 1790 & 1 son b. 1780-84 in 1800.
The other son of 1790 apparently left home by 1800.

Phillip Teeter must be the same Phillip of 1800 Washington MD in Lower Antietam.
He had 1 son b. 1780-1784.

I wonder where Isaac is in 1790 & 1800?
Could he be dec'd, perhaps a father of Jacob & possibly Philip?

Another Question:
how old back then did one have to be to have been on a tax list? 18 or 21?
