It looks like Achor Worley would have been the same age as Col. John Worley, ggrandfather of Joseph John Worley and that Achor was from Virginia. I have seen nothing to indicate that Achor Worley was connected to the family of Col. John Worley. However, I also have no idea where Col. John Worley came from. He suddenly appeared in Chowan Precinct around 1700 with the title of Captain. He bought land, got in fights with his neighbors, was appointed judge and later promoted to Colonel.
Do you know where in Virginia that Achor Worley came from? Perhaps he was connected to the Worleys of York County?
