Thankyou Q , Very well done, Ill try to find the 1st source again . It maybe in the Rev s biography or history of Botetourt Fincaslte, Draper manuscript ect.
I hate to get away from that subject, but i have documents that absolutly prove Benjamin Totten did not die in 1794, But after 1802. What does mean? It means that the George Teater who married a Esther Grifffith 1796 Madison Ky was not George Sr why? because Esther wasnt a widow until after 1802.
It means that Thomas Teater and George Teater who married in Madison 1796 with Samuel Griffith as bondman were not direct family but cousins from Dobbs formerly Tettor Teeder Tedder ect the Scoth Irish Teaters not the[ Dieters Teters ]ect
