In doing a quick follow up I see that the list given by Governor Campbell in Pilcher, 1911, (See http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~vawashin/early.htm)
is a very close match for the list given for the Call to Rev. Cummings here on the Teater forum.---but it does not seem to match exactly any of the other three sources I've looked at. I'll have to do an exact comparison and see which list it most closely matches.
As an aside, I wouldn't have expected Campbell's memory (or anyone else's, for that matter) to be so precise that they could come up with a list like this and be a) comprehensive, and b) match up quiet closely with another document (unless they had access to that document or a transcription of it). most likely Campbell had something to go on, and most likely it was a transcription of the call to Reverend Cummings, or the previous document.
