As it turns out, the item pointed to/transcribed by Pilcher is a letter published in Foote's 1858 "Sketches of Virginia". The full text of Campbell's letter makes it clear that his list is based on the Ebbing Springs call, as he notes that he's attached a copy of that item. Foote apparently had a copy of the letter, and included it in his work---available on Google Books.

Unfortunately, the google book version seems to be missing a couple of pages including the list of signatories. Kegley and Kegley 1980 provide a copy of the list, apparently drawn from Foote---and include the list of signatories, though not the letter.

Interestingly enough, the Kegley and Kegley version of the signatory list (and presumably that found in Foote) also differs to some extent from every other version I've seen. A number of signatories present on other lists are mentioned, and there's one signatory unique to K&K.

I suppose for your purposes this doesn't make that much difference, since George Teetor (in one spelling or another (including "Fealtor) appears in all five lists I've seen.

Its an interesting circumstance though, and a good example of why a) people need to cite exactly where they got their information, and b) why you also need to get as close to the original as possible.
