Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Marie, Your Philip was born Philip Diefenbach and, though called Tevebaugh and other variations from time to time was eventually a TEVEPAUGH, as most of his family became. Before you fo farther or assume too much, contact David S. Raese at < david.s.raese@Boeing.com > David is completing a huge, excellent, well-documented and definitive genealogy of Philip and his descendants. Philip could not write English, but could write German, and he always spelled his name Diefenbach in the old German script. If I can help further: < JTeveb6441@aol.com > John L. Tevebaugh
