Hope you had a fine day. I have been searching for decendants of the Teuksbury's. My great grandmother (madien name Teuksbury)who is 102 years old and lived her whole life in America, has told me seek out our past for the first time. She has shared her memories with me and I must follow up on her wishes, all of which I will pursue. First, I will start with something that appears to be a driving Icon of our family history which is instilled in her heart. Have you ever heard of the Teuksbury feud she speaks of? She states that the brothers fought amongst each other for the love of an American Indian woman at a time when Indians were looked down upon by society. Lives were abandoned and lost due to this love. The boys felt the Indian Nation should be treated with respect and became part of it. They were killed. However, A baby was born out of this. He turned out to be a brave man who prevailed. I am proud to say I am a Teuksbury/Crosse. Contact me at if you have any further information or would like further information. Take Care and Bless our Children!
