Eric; There is a book, by W.W.Sellers,"History of Marion County". It states, on page 106,"A man from England, by the name of Jerry Touchberry was settled on the Little Pee Dee. This was in the year of 1734. This maybe of some help, I hope so. Good luck on any futher work. John
