Well, I don't really know for sure who this is directed to but my great-grandfather was Charles Theiss and he was from Sardis, OH. When I was younger, my grandfather took me to Sardis and showed me Theiss Ridge which was just a little road on a mountain. Very rustic! My grandpa, Bill, and his brother Ralph used to spend their summers with a relative who lived very near the Ohio River in Sardis. We don't really know very much about the Theiss family because my grandpa lost touch. By the way, if it helps, Charles was married to Clara Lowe and they ended up in the Canton/Louisville, OH area.
