I wonder if any of your Theis' could be any kin to my gggf Johann Daniel Theiss/Theis, b. 1806, in Niederlustadt, Rh-Pf. He m. Margarette von Gerichten. Margarette was first m. to Johann Adam (date unk), Daniel's brother. Daniel, wife & children emigrated to America in 1863. They had 6 children (all born in Germany I'm told) Margarette, Jacob, Herman, Jacob Philip (my ggf), Eva & Frederick. I know nothing about Daniel's parents & other siblings (if any). Research I have found stops @ Daniel. Would appreciate any info if related. Thanks. dja
