Very interesting. Do you know anything about the Thieme/Teem family that migrated to America sometime in the late 1700 early 1800's? The particular Hans Thieme I am looking for could possibly be named Hans Peter Thieme. The family line would be something through Hans' grandson, who was named (get this) Johann Jakob Thieme. Johann Jakob Thieme's father was Johan Simon Christoph Diehm/Thieme. Someone email me quite a bit of information that descends all the was through Johann Jakob Thieme/Teem to present day descendants including my husband and children. Are you familiar with this family? Anxious to hear from you.
