I'm the great grandson of William "Bill" D. Thoms. Bill Thoms was born March 5, 1910 in Newmarket Ontario.
He was a professional NHL hockey player with: Toronto Maple Leafs 1933-1938; Chicago Blackhawks 1938-1944; Boston Bruins 1944-1945.
In 1938, Bill Thoms had a daughter (he never knew about) with Ann or "Anne" Gray, named Linda Gray. Linda Gray, now Linda "Keruzore", is my grandmother (still alive) in Brampton Ontario.
Bill Thoms died on December 26, 1964 of a heart attack at age 54. His wife, Loretta M. Thoms lived until 1993.
Don't know if you have any relation to this Thoms or not, just giving some info on the only Thoms I know of.
