Cynthia, could I be a relative? I think my line goes like this (information provided to me by a really old cousin when I was about 12, so between the two of us, it could easily be wrong): My great great grandfather was John Jackson (Remember Woolsey English) Thornburg (born about 1820 in Raleigh, NC); son of Leonard and Dartha (Dorothea might be first name) Thornburg (and other spellings); son of John and Nancy (Byrd) Thornburg; son of John and Matilda (Jackson) Thornburgh; son of Edward and Elizabeth (??) Thornburgh, son of John Thornburgh and Elizabeth Wilson. Will your book be available for purchase? Where/when? Does my line make any sense to you? My line is supposed to be out of Maryland, to Pennsylvania, Virginia, South Carolina, North Carolina, to Tennessee. I would appreciate your comments and suggestions.
