Does anyone know the parents (and grand patrents)of
Claude Thornhill b. 10 Aug 1909 in Terre Haute ? He was an internationally known band leader, composer and arranger in the 1940s. I would like to trace him back to Virginia. I have often wondered if he is in some way related to his contemporary,Claude Thornhill, head football coach at Stamford who had roots in Bedford Co Virginia.I am better known by my middle name,Edward at Glojet@aol.com
