Wow! That must be about 20 years ago. I was that guy. If I remember rightly, we met on Waterloo Station!
More recently, I obtained permission to produce a .pdf version of the book. If you, or anyone else researching the name, would like a copy, you can contact me through my website. The book is a substantial download - over 10MB. However, it saves the photocopying costs. And one big advantage of the .pdf file is that you can carry out text searches, as I used ocr software.
