WilliamTiley Cambria Co. PA from England

While searching for my mothers family I found a William Tiley who died 28 Nov. 1884 in Lilly, Cambria Co., PA he was 60-odd years old and was brought to the US from England with his father, also named William. His father was killed in 1863 on the railroad. According to the obit "What relatives, if any, the deceased leaves to mourn", this doesn't help me. I believe this could be my gggrandfather and my gggrandfather. I know for sure my gggrandfather's name was William and I also know for sure that my ggrandfather, also named William, lived in Portage in 1878 because he had a daughter born there.
My ggrandfather married Elizabeth Steele, also from England, his father, Charles married Elizabeth Nash 25 May 1849 in Pontypool, Wales and fathered 20 children according to Williams obit, I can only locate 5 of them, all born in Wales but dying here in PA. Charles' father was William, supposedly born in England about 1824 which is the approximate birthdate of the guy in the obit.
Can anyone add anything to this please? I am so confused. Both William Sr. and William Jr have Wills, I need to check those for family. I am also told that this Tilley line are connected to the Mayflower Tilley's. Most of my Tilley family spelled their name this way but I have found it in census as Tiley and Tilly. Any help appreciated.
