Patrick,

I am interested in the Isle Abbotts parish you mentioned. We are searching for parents of George Paul who had nine children christened in the Isle Abbotts parish from 1824 to 1840. Searches thus far have yielded a number of Paul families but have not shown any Tilley families.

Since you have posted your message have you found any online records for marriages, births, or deaths in that parish or for a portion of the Isle Abbotts cemetery called Hatch Beauchamp Cemetery of Taunton, England?

What would you recommend in terms of reference material to find out more about the history of the area and migration patterns?
