Keith, I am a descendant of Elijah Aldridge who died in Wilkes County, NC. Edmund Tilley was named a guardian of the three Aldridge Children. Their mother was Mary ?
I have seen Mary Aldridge on a tax list near Edmund Tilley. I wonder if she was his sister. Any ideas?
