There is an entry in the 1920 Census for Troy City, Rensselaer, New York for Albert E Tilley 23 years of age, a Civil Engineer (State). He is given as "Son". The Head of the house and his wife are given as Edward A and Jennie A respectively (but I cannot read the surname)
The Head of the House's place of birth is given as New York as is the Wife. Yet when I look at the place of birth for the father of Albert E TILLEY it is New York but his mother's place of birth, although I can't read it, doesn't appear to be New York.
Could anyone please help me with the words I can't decipher and, more importantly, does anyone recognize Albert E TILLEY?
