I cannot give you information directly, but can direct you to a person that gave me some useful information. I dont think he would mind. His name is Jerry W. Murphy and mail address is jwmurphy@netease.net.
He responded to a query of mine and said the Tilley family moved from Logan and Warren Counties in Kentucky to Wayne County Tennessee around 1819. Some of them then moved to Arkansas around 1850. My ggg grandfather was William Henry Tilley. His son was John Henry Tilley that lived in Searcy County Ark. He was in the 1860 Census in Searcy County. Hope Jerry can help you.
