RE. JAMES Tilley, I have a census of James with with father Moses Tilley the son of Joel. this James was born aprox. 1838 with sisters Margaret born. 1841 and Nancy b. 1844. now a moses was seen on a marriege book for Shelby Co. KY. Also of Surry Co . 1850 census is John Tilley b.1819 . wife Lucinda b.1832 with these children. Nancy b. 1841 Susan b. 1844 James b.1846 and John Jr. b. 1848. I also found Joel b. 1830 living with William Manges and wife Margaret. as a wagon maker. this Joel is son of Thomas Jefferson Tilley.I have many other Tilley ancestors and their family's so would you like to help me and give me your line to include in my Tilley book.to help others.
