Carl Tilley, I too am searching for Tilleys, but in Massachewsettes9 Granby, Holyoke, Chicopee, Et.) My ancestors were John-1687, had sons Samuel and Leonard, both born around a740 in New York. John disappeared, Leonard married and moved to Granby, Mass. and Samuel came to Canada, as a Loyalist. Hewas my ggggrandfather, Sam had son James, who had son Charles Wellington, who had son Thomas,b1857, who had son William, born1887 (my father) they all lived here in Canada, after Samuel escaped from Am. in 1783. Would love to know where John ended his life and where Leonard and family are buried. Leonard is supposed to have son Alexander, and there was an Alexander living in Great Barrinton, Mass. If you have info on these people, I woild be very happy to exchange what I have with You. W. Rhodes(Tilley)Nov 15/99
