The name you mention isnt known to me how ever they might be the children of a Tilly i don't have a complete record on.
on the second question the Tilleys I do hav Information on Migated from Albermarle County in Virgina to Wilkes County before the American Revolution They were in North Carolina from 1740 to the 1800s in Wilkes Co. (now Caldwell)1800 cencus shows Lazarus Tilley in Buncombe Co. The Tilleys Later moved to the mountains of western North Carolina. 1847 had a Lewis Tilley in Macon Co. (now Jackson)
