I was glad to receive your email. I have a copy of the book that Leallah Franklin published and it has a lot of info in it. I think the person that Tami is trying to locate is on page 87. I have been trying to locate any info on Bertha Fleming Tingen without any luck. Do you have any info on her? I am a daughter of Wade Tingen and a granddaughter of James Monroe and Bertha Fleming Tingen. Keep in touch. Jduy...
