Thank you for your message Charles regarding the Tintera Family. I also discovered a Tintera who lives in Arizona but he didn't have enough background data on his family to make a connection. Until we run into someone who can definitively pinpoint the origins in Bohemia in the 1800's, we're not going to have much luck connecting the lines.

My line only had two males (William and Frank who both died in New York 1966 & 1948 respectively). It's possible that their father had brothers who also emigrated to the U.S. but I know nothing about that line to date! I continue to pursue this, nontheless.
