Howdy,

You won't find a photograph of someone who died in 1811.

The first successful picture was produced in June/July 1827 by Niépce, using material that hardened on exposure to light. This picture required an exposure of eight hours.

Family photographs didn't become practical until about Civil War times.

Your only hope would be finding an old portrait. That would be unlikely unless he came from a wealthy family.
