Hi, Sue and thanks for the info. Right now I'm not at home so I can't follow-up on your method (this computer doesn't have MS Word). However, when I get home in a week or so, I'll play around with it and see what happens. I may have a few questions for you - hope you don't mind my asking them. This is a bit academic to me, I've already expended the blood, sweat and tears but like you, I'll get to read my magnificent narrative all over again. Regards, Rick
