Hi Sherry,
I have been doing some genealogy for about 10 years, mostly
trying to pick family members brains. Lost my best source
in 1994 when my grandmother died at almost 104. When my
mom passed awas suddenly in 2003 is when I realized how
much I hadn't asked her. I am fortunate to have her
1st cousin that also lived with her grandfather. His parents
are the ones I have been trying to find.
I was fortunate enough to have found a small museum
in Canada that had a genealogist there from 1 to 4 on
Wed. and I got in touch this past week and they found an
index to some church records that will possibly give me
2 generations. What a find
My bigest advise to anyone is talk to your relatives
