Removal of graves

Hello everyone!

I am trying to find out what the process would be to remove graves from one place to another.

My great grandmother Mary Belle Moore Whitt was buried at Cross Roads Cemetery in Maumelle, Pulaski, AR sometime after 1936 the Maumelle Lake was made. The bodies at the cemetery were moved to area cemeteries. She was moved to the Rainey Cemetery in Roland, Pulaski, AR.

I found a list on Arkansas Ties that lists plot numbers in old and new cemeteries...but alas no dates :(

She did not have a death certificate because she had a "home" buriel and not done by a funeral home.

Just want to know what kind of paperwork had to be done.

Thanks in Advance,

Lily
