Greg.
Habersham is located off Hwy 25w between LaFollette and Jellico, Campbell Co, Tennessee. This is a small community rooted deep in the mountains. Coal is what started the place. It was originally called Cupp after the Cupp Family that founded the place. It is on Peabody Mountain. Lick Creek I have heard of, but cannot find referrence to. There was a Chapter of The I.O.O.F. in LaFollette. The LaFollette Press, a local, weekely Newspaper can help you with location. You can get them on-line. I lived near LaFollette and grew up in those mountains 40 years ago.
Good Luck!
Charles Taylor
