Amos Aven born 1775 NC to Thomas & Rebecca Stevens-was in Northampton & Nash Co NC with Guardianship bonds-from his Uncle William, and his Grandfather William-and his two brothers Allen and Abner.
By 1810 he was in Chatham Co. NC married to Matilda Rogers.
By 1820 he was in Sisler, Carroll, Tn. and the same area by 1830 was Henderson Co Tn.
Known children of 13 are:
