In a deed from 1838 - David Davidson of Carroll Co sold that same 100 A for $225 to Williamson Younger of Carroll Co

in 1839 - David Davidson of Carroll Co to Anderson King of Carroll Co power of attorney to transact business - (the abstract doesn't say where or why - many power of attorney will state a particular county, or to settle an estate or whatever - this abstract does not)

David Davison (Davidson) was not listed on the 1830 Carroll County census
