Alexander V. Hyatt a member of the 55th Brown's Infantry Tn. Went to war was captured then released w/promise to stay north of Ohio River. 1870 census shows his wife(Sara)and their children Mary, William P.D., Sophronia V., Margaret, Dudley and James still in Tennessee. 1880 wife and kids are in Yell Co., Ark and Alexander is 53 widowed carpenter living w/Calvin McKinney in Carroll Co., Tn. After 1880 no more Alexander. What happened to him? Who were his parents (born 1823 S.C.) Thanks for your time and any help you have to offer!!! chrissie
